iMoneyManager is produced by Bridgelight Ltd. Bridgelight Ltd is a small privately owned software company established in 2008. Our practical approach to helping people present their financial position clearly, professionally, and quickly to their creditors has enabled thousands to get the breathing space needed to get back on course. We are delighted that the Office of Fair Trading has now confirmed what we have been pushing for since 2008; people need a little time when unforseen circumstances occur in order to assess their situation and plan the best way forward, either on their own or with the help of a professional 3rd party.

Neither Bridgelight Ltd or the iMoneyManager software provides debt adjusting services or debt counselling. The role of the software is to automate the first steps when dealing with any financial related problem; namely, to assess the situation and communicate with creditors. The Office of Fair Trading has made it clear that anyone in financial difficulty is entitled to a reasonable period of breathing space providing they present evidence that they are developing a plan for repaying debt. iMoneyManager creates the necessary evidence, quickly, easily, and with the minimum of stress. After this it is up to the individual to use their breathing space to choose a suitable source of 3rd party debt advice. The assessment and documentary evidence produced by the software also helps creditors and 3rd party debt advisors come to a conclusion on the best way to handle the problem far more quickly, saving both time and money.

iMoneyManager is downloadable software, therefore all the data entered by the user stays on their machine and remains in the privacy of their own home. The only information we hold on users of the software is the first name and email address used to send the download link. We do not sell, rent, or provide 3rd parties with access to data.

Bridgelight Ltd and the iMoneyManager software is not linked with any debt advice provider or organisation operating within the debt, credit, or advice sectors. It does not work as a lead generator or cloaked debt referral tool. iMoneyManager is available to 3rd party organisations as 'white-labeled' software to support employees, members, clients, customers or potential customers, and if appropriate to promote their services. However any use of the software in this format will present the interests of the 3rd party organisation clearly and transparently.

iMoneyManager was not developed in a vacuum.
