The customer side of iMoneyManager is downloadable, all you need to do is promote the download link to your customer base. This can be done in a variety of ways. Examples include on; bills, reminders, inserts, promotional literature, on the website, during customer phone contact, the options are limitless.
Access the Creditor Side
Once your customers begin sending communications via the iMoneyManager system, you will get prompted by email to review their information securely online. Login to your dedicated account and see a list of all customers wanting to renegotiate payment terms with you. Simply review their proposals and respond through the system.
